Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or issue a refund.

Hygiene & opened products

For health and hygiene reasons, opened or used gel cannot be returned unless it is faulty.

How to request a refund

  • Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue.
  • For damaged items, a photo helps us resolve it faster.

Refund method

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method or by another agreed method. Delivery fees are non-refundable except where an order is faulty.
